Once the “pre-work” is done, TIG offers a web based Video Enhanced Case Management System that allows online access to all reports, billing, photos, and surveillance video footage which can be streamed directly to your desktop.
Clients receive email updates the very next business day and have 24/7 Access to our Video Enhanced Case Management System (VE-CMS) anywhere they have internet access. And since TIG has coverage in all 48 Contiguous States, we gladly accept those last minute “rush assignments”.
