Criminal Conviction Checks
This in-person check at the county courthouse level, verifies criminal convictions for a claimant within the past seven 7 years.

Real Property Statewide/Nationwide
This comprehensive search for real estate owned by an individual in a single state or nationwide is completed on-line. The individual’s full name and SSN, at minimum must be provided by the client.

National Property/Nationwide
Identifies a claimant’s name, aliases, current and previous addresses, date of birth, SSN, telephone, and links to possible relatives or neighbors, real property, bankruptcies, liens & judgments, UCC filings and any professional licensing.

Social Security Number
A comprehensive search of databases including credit headers, consumer databases, etc., that returns names of individuals associated with the SSN, addresses, phone numbers, and related information.
