This service is used for per total status claimants, surviving spouse or child dependents once they become of age. A full and detailed low profile inquiry into the beneficiary’s status to date. The Investigator will go to the Beneficiaries residence with a status feedback form. The beneficiary is asked to fill out the form, after that has been completed the investigator takes an I.D. photo of the beneficiary.
