TIG Surveillance Protocols

Although we are not going to give our “Investigative Secrets” away online, here is a brief “insight” into our protocols and rules of engagements while working your case:

TIG will custom-tailor any surveillance to meet our client’s needs.
TIG provides clients an electronic confirmation after receipt of their claim. This lets our client’s know exactly when we received their file for surveillance.TIG client’s will receive an email update the very next day after work has begun on their case. This update will provide a summary of the events, a video snippet of the claimant for id purposes, remaining budget on the file, the next scheduled date to be worked and the amount of video footage obtained on that particular day of surveillance.
TIG clients receive the investigative report, residence and Id photos, invoice and video snippets within the defined time period set by the client. TIG also can email all the above information if requested and give you access to our Web Portal so you can view all footage at your desk top.
TIG investigators upload their video footage from the field onto our secured server directly after the surveillance is terminated. In addition, our investigators are required to have their reports emailed to their Investigative Supervisor by 9pm each evening.
TIG NEVER allows an investigator to work a client’s case without being in constant communication and under the guidance of an Investigative Supervisor.
TIG will terminate surveillance after 4 hours if the claimant cannot be confirmed home, unless otherwise instructed. This saves our clients time and money; however other investigative techniques can be utilized depending on the assignment and client instructions.
TIG will maintain surveillance on an active claimant even if the authorized budget has expired, unless otherwise instructed.
