Andrews - CEO/CFO - CEO/Managing Member - As co-founder, Mr. Andrews in addition to his proven management skills, brings well over 20 years of experience in business development and the daily operations of Fortune 100 companies and profitable start-up companies, as well as prior law enforcement background, which includes United States Air Force and United States Secret Service work. Mr. Andrews developed the company's website. This website was developed as a tool and not just for sales. The website will allow investigators, office personnel and most importantly, all clients to view their files on a secure site where they can assign, add, and maintain claimant files. Mr. Andrews in addition to the daily operations of running The Insight Group will handle overflow and last minute files for our clients when necessary. Robert W. Seymour - President - As co-founder, Mr. Seymour brings to Insight, a keen understanding of the insurance industry. Over 20 years of private investigative experience and a total of over 20 years experience in police, United States Air Force and United States Secret Service work. He has completed well over 8,500 surveillances in his 15 years of private investigative work. Mr. Seymour's day to day focus is to Market our company with an intense understanding of our industry, as well as handle overflow and last minute files for our clients when necessary. National Account Specialist/Marketing Staff

Stephanie Andrews - Regional Accounts Manager - Ms. Andrews has been with the company since 2006. Stephanie came to us as a trainee in the office learning all aspects of the Insurance/Investigative business. Her focus is to understand our services from the ground up and be able to market these services to our current clients and the industry. She will be dealing with all aspects of Investigations, including reports, video, etc. Daily contact with clients is proving to be a strength and asset to the firm. Stephanie is developing into a strong marketing person for the Insight Group. Florida State University, BS in Science.

David Kizorek - Regional Accounts Manager - Mr. Kizorek has been with the company since 2006. He has 20 plus years experience as a field investigator and over 10 years experience as an operations manager. He has years of experience taking statements, interviewing, conducting background investigations, writing reports, videotaping, alive- well checks, accident scene investigations and file reviews for large companies. In addition, he has traveled to over 15 countries over five continents to conduct field investigations and interviews. His years of experience in the insurance field enables him to give our prospective clients sound advice on their files.

Operations Staff

Magdalena Andrews: Accounting - Mrs. Andrews has been with the company since its inception in 1999. Maggie has 20 years experience in Accounting and Finance. She plays an important roll in providing all accounting functions, as well as company insurance requirements. Responsibilities include dealing directly with clients, Insurance companies, and Banking Institutions.

Ashley Tuxhorn: Office Manager - Ms. Tuxhorn joined The Insight Group in 2006 and in her current role provides consistent and accurate information to our clients. As each case is unique, Ms. Tuxhorn indentifies specific requirements and uses company resources to research and develop precise information assisting with customers' needs and to provide a basis for our field investigators. Also, Ms. Tuxhorn is practiced with processing surveillance media, reviewing investigative reports and delivering customer service. When not working, Ms. Tuxhorn enjoys performing French Horn with The Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and caring for her three pets. Ms. Tuxhorn is a 2006 graduate of Louisiana State University and received her B.A. in Musical Arts/Performance.

Aisha Hopkins: Assistant Case Manager - Ms. Hopkins has been with the company since November 2007.  Aisha started here training in video, reports, assisting other case managers and learning the process of the company from beginning to end.  Her main focus is to work with the investigators daily on cases and also work and maintain relationships with clients.  Aisha deals with all aspects of Investigations, including reports, video, maintain files, managing investigators and daily contact with clients.  Aisha is developing into a strong case manager for the Insight Group.

Paula Pacheco: Case File Analyst - Ms. Pacheco joined The Insight Group in July of 2008. Currently her role involves providing consistent and accurate information to our clients through the use of reviewing investigative reports and surveillance media for accuracy, and preparing invoices. Ms. Pacheco is still learning the many aspects of the company and looks forward to future growth within the company. Ms. Pacheco is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing/ Arts Administration at the University of West Florida.

Lisa Traynor: Case File Analyst - Ms. Traynor joined The Insight Group in April of 2008 and in her current role provides consistent and accurate information to our clients. As each case is unique, Ms. Traynor indentifies specific requirements and uses company resources to research and develop precise information assisting with customers' needs and to provide a basis for our field investigators. Ms. Traynor is practiced in reviewing reports for accuracy and interacting with clients to help assist in all their needs. When not working, Ms. Traynor enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. Ms. Traynor is a 2005 graduate of the University of West Florida and received her B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing Applications.

Jim Dorminy: IT Development - Mr. Dorminy has been with the Insight Group since 2002. Jim's extensive knowledge of Web development, Windows applications, Computer Hardware and Networking has been an advantage to our company with the technology our company offers to our clients. The Insight Group's web development infrastructure was a culmination of Mr. Dorminy, Mr. Andrews, and Mr. Seymour. Jim stays on top of the latest technology to keep us in the lead. Regional Area Directors (RAD)

Brian King - Regional Area Director - Mr. King has been with the company since it started in 1999. Brian has 12 Years Private Investigator experience. He is a proven professional with expertise in Surveillance with over 5,000 files completed. Brian also is trained in statements and civil/criminal investigations. Since being a senior investigator when the company started, he understands our procedure/protocols as well as the co-founders and is responsible for all surveillance protocols and RAD/Investigator training. Damon Gowdy - Regional SIU/Area Director - Mr. Gowdy has been with the company since it 2001. Damon has 8 Years Private Investigator experience. He is a proven professional with expertise in surveillance with over 3,000 files completed.
